Education Specialist
LunaWay, a specialized education and 1:1 tutoring facility, is hiring for an Education Specialist position that focuses on student-centered practices helping students of all ages and grades reach personal and academic goals in a 1:1 tutorial setting. This candidate should be a self-starter who is flexible and empathetic to the needs of others.
This position can vary in duties depending on the clientele served and their individual needs. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with students, families, and community partners while maintaining healthy relationships and boundaries, be flexible, be reliable, be respectful of students, self, co-workers, and community members. A basic knowledge of kids and their needs in an educational setting is a must! A background in education or social services is a plus!
